Recently, I heard the statement “The one who is the most flexible holds the most power”. I was taken by the simplicity and the wisdom within this statement! To be in the flow within the moment with an open heart is pure self empowerment.
It is here that freedom of choice is experienced. It releases one from the self imposed anxiety or pressures of the future as well as the patterns of the past that pull us into old unsupportive perceptions. Attachments and positions are replaced with an openness to receive and give from a place of knowing and safety. Creativity is allowed to grow and engage. And ultimately Love is allowed to flow and radiate from within outwardly giving presence and illumination.
